Grease the moulds when using them for the first time (see instructions for use). When in use, the mould forms a natural non-stick layer and ensures that the food does not stick to the mould and can be easily removed from the stoneware.
For best flavour, use smoked gammon ham or smoked gammon steaks, cooked and cut into pieces.
Instead of the casserole dish “Anna” you can also use a round casserole dish (Ø 26-28 cm).
For a crunchy crust on top of your pasta bake, sprinkle over extra grated cheese or breadcrumbs before baking.
